2. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Shipping: We deliver to all locations within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For special requests, please contact our customer service team at info@ghezlan.ae.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Pre-order Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-14 days from the date of order confirmation. Additional charges apply.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order:
- 0 to 5 Kg: 16 AED
- Above 5 Kg: An Additional 2.10 AED is applied per each extra kilogram
The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days “excluding weekends and public holidays” after receiving payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
6. Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery through our carrier’s tracking system.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our carriers will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, the package will be returned to our facility. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local regulations, especially concerning veterinary medicines. We will notify you if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us promptly. We will investigate with the carrier and take necessary actions, which may include issuing a replacement or refund.
