Return Policy
1. General
By placing an order or subscribing to any service through ghezlan.ae, you acknowledge and accept the terms set forth in this Return and Refund Policy. These terms govern all transactions conducted on the website unless explicitly stated otherwise and are subject to the provisions detailed herein.
2. Return and Exchange Period
Our return and refund policy allows customers two (2) calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange, provided that a valid receipt is presented. Requests made after the second calendar day are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
3. Vaccines and Medicines
Vaccines and temperature-sensitive medicines are non-returnable products due to their sensitive nature. An exception applies only within the United Arab Emirates, where such products may be returned at the exact time of delivery, provided that no time has elapsed since receipt and the delivery representative remains present.
4. Fragile, Sensitive, and Restricted Products
Fragile, infection-sensitive, or weather-sensitive products are strictly non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to, glass bottles, medical liquid containers, laboratory accessories, sterile tubes or syringes, and any products that are breakable or perishable during transportation or storage. Discounted items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
5. International Orders and Customs
International orders are non-returnable once shipped. The customer bears full responsibility for customs clearance. Any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or delays caused by customs authorities are solely the responsibility of the customer. Ghezlan shall not be liable for delays, losses, or disruptions resulting from customs procedures in the destination country.
6. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or replacement, physical products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all manuals and documentation provided at delivery. If eligible, refunds or replacements will be issued based on the original payment method, Customers may choose to return items either by physically visiting our store or by using Aramex services, the return shipping charges via Aramex will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, customers will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within (7) calendar days and credited to the original payment method. Standard shipping fees will be refunded only where applicable.

10. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Ghezlan reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
