Cortamethasone 50ML Injection

Its an excellent product for racing events. Cortamethasone acts on many systems of the animal and the result is remarkable increase in the performance.

التركيب:
Dexamethasone 1 mg.

Uses:
– To treat allergies and shock in horses and camels.
– It is used in cows and goats to treat primary ketosis (acetone blood,  pregnancy toxemia), and to induce labor.

الجرعة وطريقة الاستعمال:
– intramuscular or intravenous injection.
– The dose in horses, camels, cattle, sheep, and goats: 4 – 10 ml per 100 kg of bodyweight.
– Dose in cats and dogs: 0.5 – 1 ml per 10 kg.

تحذيرات:
– It is used in animals suffering from diabetes, hyperadrenocorticism, renal failure, heart failure, or those suffering from peptic ulcers.
–  Corticosteroids are not recommended for use in pregnant females, except in ruminants to stimulate labor in the last trimester of pregnancy.
– Not given at the same time as vaccines.
