Our return and refund policy allows customers two (2) calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange, provided that a valid receipt is presented. Vaccines and temperature-sensitive medicines are non-returnable products due to their sensitive nature. To qualify for a refund or replacement, physical products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all manuals and documentation provided at delivery.
