1. Return of Items

.  Non-Refundable Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

. Customers may choose to return items either by physically visiting our store or by using Aramex services.

. Please note that return shipping charges via Aramex will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. Special Storage Items

. Non-Returnable Items:

. Products that require special storage conditions (e.g., vaccines, temperature-sensitive medicines) are not eligible for return after delivery.

. Customers are advised to carefully inspect these items upon delivery. If there are any issues, the customer can refuse to accept the delivery on the spot.

3. Regular Products

. Regular products (e.g., supplements, devices, and non-special storage items) can be returned within 2 days of delivery.
